I sprained my ankle and large rollers like this Project one are so helpful. I can treat the area with ice and massage it at the same time. I do keep my rollers just in the fridge and not the freezer because that’s way too cold for my skin. The handle is typical cheap plastic but the side attachments are firm with no cracks.
This feels great when using, but i dont notice a change in my skin or neck.Its easy to hold and has some weight to it. The roller rolls nicely, but is def not as smooth as the stone or metal options. The instructions are a nice guidance for movement. Its def relaxing, but again i didnt see any visible change.
1. It feels comfortable when you hold it2. Materials are cheap3. Will work on face, neck, traps and big muscle group. It’s cold already when i received it due to the gel inside.I will buy it again but im not enthusiastic about it because of the cheap materials it is made of. I does what it’s supposed to do though.
