For long term results use 3-5 times per week for 10 minutes until you achieve your desired goal. To maintain results continue to use 1-2 times per week
Blue light therapy is considered a risk-free and safe treatment. It is non-invasive and painless, and you typically will not feel anything during the treatment. You must however always use eye protection and follow the recommended treatment course to prevent any dryness, redness or irritation. Typically, if experienced, these side effects are mild
There is limited research on the potential risks (if any) of using LED light therapy during pregnancy. It's always important to consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding

I’ve had acne for about 20 of my 31 years, and this thing gets the job done. I know the photo comparison I included is in two different lighting scenarios, but I think it really demonstrates the difference I’ve seen in my skin. Even with makeup (like in the pic), my face is sooo much smoother. This product, coupled with proper skincare products, has made a huge difference in my acne. I could tell within the first few uses that my skin was calmer and more even. I typically use it with a moisturizing gel so that it glides over my face. Highly recommend it!
